Perseid Meteor Show w/ Barefoot Bob! In-Person
Come join us in the library parking lot for our astronomy program highlighting the Perseid meteor show. A first-quarter moon will be visible; as the moon gets lower in the sky, there will be good views of the southern Milky Way!
Bring a lawn chair to sit and watch for meteors when you’re not looking through a telescope. Note that we will be turning off the parking lot lights, so be careful moving around in the dark!
All ages welcome!
