Coffee Talk & Tasting with Milk House Roastery In-Person
Join local coffee roaster, Mike Foster, from Milk House Roastery in a coffee talk and tasting at the Marcellus Free Library. Guests will participate in brewing a variety of coffees and will be able to taste the range of flavors and different qualities of each origin. Guests will learn about a variety of brew methods and the coffees that pair best with each method. Mike will discuss the seasonality of coffee, processing and best practices in the industry and how that all effects small producers like us and the farmers we source from.
About Milk House Roastery"Farm to farm coffee" is Milk House Roastery's mission to source the best raw coffee from family run farms from around the globe. We then carefully roast those beans in small batches here, at our family farm in Marcellus–NY. We understand crop and livestock husbandry on a small scale – this ethos is reflected in the care and craft that goes into roasting each bean.
