Health and Wellness Book Club In-Person

This Month's Book:
We’ll be discussing Good Energy by Casey Means, a health/wellness book that builds around the idea that many modern diseases and symptoms have a common root in metabolic dysfunction, and that by improving how our cells generate and use energy, we can improve overall health now and potentially prevent serious disease later.

💡 Future Book Topics:
While we'll focus on health and wellness, we may also explore:

  • Financial and legal aspects of healthcare

  • Mental health

  • Legal and illegal drugs

  • Specific illnesses and injuries

  • Even fiction with a medical theme

Got a book suggestion? Let us know what you’d like to see featured!
